Where can I find my Track & Trace number?
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we will send a shipping email to the email address associated with your order. This email will contain your tracking number and the courier. Please also check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find the email.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, a package normally takes 1β2 business days to arrive in Belgium and the Netherlands. This is an estimate provided by the courier and not a guaranteed delivery date β busy periods or an incorrect address can delay delivery.
What does "shipped within 1 business day" mean?
We process and ship your order within 1 business day. That is our shipping promise β the exact delivery time of the package is determined by the courier based on their delivery network.
My track & trace hasn't moved in a few days β what now?
Sometimes a status gets stuck for a while even though a package is still on its way. Has your tracking still not updated after two business days? Then please contact us using the button below, with your order number at hand. We will investigate it together with the courier.
Can I still change the delivery address?
Has your package already been shipped? If so, you can often still change the delivery time or pickup point via the courierβs own tracking page. Is the address incorrect? Email us as soon as possibleβwe can often still make changes before itβs shipped.
